Life Lessons learned from Racing, Angela To
I participated in two races this year…yes rubenesque me in two races! The first was a Try-A-Triathlon (TAT) – 400metre swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run. The second was a 10k run through the Toronto Zoo.
Both days were SO beautiful and perfect for racing. So, what did i learn?
